- Successfully opening and bringing up new units within small and large organizations

She has over 15 years of teaching college students and healthcare professionals, assisting organizations with success, efficiency and effectiveness, staffing, and resource utilization and case management.
- She has been certified in rehabilitation nursing (CRRN) since 1984.
